From the pint can, it pours a hazy orange tinted amber color with a very nice white head that reduces to a nice ring. The nose gets sour fruit - probably passion fruit, orange, and guava, although my nose is not discerning tonight. The mouth follows with an easy drinking sourish fruity brew.

22oz bottle from 2016 release, New Belgium glass.
Pours a slightly hazy, light orangish yellow. The head is a active on the pour but speedily fades to a thin white ring and float which leave minimal lacing.
Lilikoi, tangerine, lemon, it's a cornucopia of fruit aromas! The sourness is also pretty evident from the smell.
Tartness hits you immediately. It's lemon-like, puckering, then blossoming into the mandarin and lilikoi flavors with guava in the finish. I wouldn't know there was pineapple in this beer without reading it on the label. If I only knew it was a sour I would assume that all the sourness and lemon, pineapple, tart flavors come from the little guys that fermented it. It's likely that they mostly or all do, there isn't much, if any, distinct pineapple flavor.
Thin on the palate, dry, with active carbonation. The mouthfeel nicely showcases the flavors.
This is a delicious Hawaiian sour brewed using yeast isolated on Oahu with Hawaiian fruits. Lanikai Brewing Company continues to be adventurous and capture the flavors of Hawaii in beer.
