Pours a rich straw, fairly hazy, fizzy snow white head that settles out a half inch thick. Smell is thin, lightly bready with a bit of lemony/citrusy bite. Taste is flat, citrusy acidity, mild sweetness. Mouthfeel is also thin, very small bubbles give it a nice creaminess and the acidity keeps the palette clean. Overall it's always fun to see brewers working with local ingredients and I enjoy the wide variety of flavors you can find in these sour beers but I would guess that this brew is best enjoyed on tap at a hawaiin beach, a decent but unremarkable sour.
