Poured from a 16oz bottle into a shaker pint
Look: Translucent ruby amber with a very thick khaki head. A pretty beer.
Smell: Sweet bready malt with hints of toffee, jasmine, light salinity, and pine.
Taste: Light floral jasmine upfront with a body of toffee and piney hops. There is a slight sour and salty character.
Feel: Medium bodied. Balanced. Light acidity. Light alcohol. Medium bitterness. Off dry finish.
Overall: A beautiful and balanced sour. It is quite floral but the big DIPA body helps mellow it out to a pleasant flavor. Fantastic.
