Our first ever pilsner. Good things take time. It takes time to brew it, and time to pour it.
German pils style as a clear vibrant yellow with balanced noble hop presence using hallertau. Very slight sweet toasted biscuit and bread aromas matched with slightly earthy Mamaki, hand grown and picked from our brewmasters home

On draft at Goen
Look: Crystal clear pale gold with a thick white head.
Smell: Clean bready notes with a light noble hop and a hint of fruity ester.
Taste: Smooth crisp malt and floral hop bitterness hit the palate with a body of cracker malt and a clean lager finish.
Feel: Crisp, clean, refreshing. Spot on for the style. No alcohol. Mild bitterness. Crisp carbonation.
Overall: A beautiful pils. Grab it if you see it.
