16oz can. Bottom date stamp reads '9/23/24', along with the information of 'WET HOPS VIA ROY FARMS, MOXEE, WA'.
Mostly clear, with a bit of haze. Pale gold colored body. Two fingers of white head retreat back to islands and a high ring. Leaves behind some scattered lacing spots.
Aroma is citrus and pine. Orange and dank bud.
Taste is orange and lemon at first and then more earthy and herbal flavors arrive. Mango emerges late in the profile. Not very sweet and definitely allows the wet hops to express earthy notes. Gets close to an onion note but this stays in the herbal realm. More dank than bitter.
Medium mouthfeel. Drying finish. Good carbonation.
More fresh than harsh or bitter, with a contrasting balance of semi-sweet fruit and earthy dankness.

Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug. This is the 2024 edition, canned 9/23/24. Wet hops from Roy Farms in Moxee.
Appearance: yellow-golden hue with a dash of haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam atop.
Smell: toasty malt with an earthy, very slightly lemony hop character. It’s not too bad, but a bit on the mild side, to be honest.
Taste: slightly sweet, slightly toasty malt with, again, a rather earthy hop element. There’s a moderate bitterness here, which is nice, but overall it doesn’t exactly blow me away. Decent, but not excellent.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: not a bad beer at all, but not quite the fireworks you often expect from a fresh hop IPA.

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a slightly hazy, medium golden amber with a fizzy, quarter finger white head that dissipates to patches with slight lacing. Aroma of mildly caramel malt, dank and mixed fruit hops, herbal dankness, strawberry and mixed tropical fruit. Flavor is light caramel malt, dank and fruit hops, over-ripe tropical fruit, smoked green peppers, light herbal dankness and a hint of citrus. Solid finishing bitterness. Medium bodied with light to medium creaminess. An interesting fresh hop with one of the more novel flavor profiles; there are several different mixed fruit flavor here, but they are not clear notes. The lightly smoky green pepper flavor is interesting and unexpected. The fresh hop aroma is somewhat muted, but there are plenty of fresh green hop flavors. Quite nice level of bitterness. I see that this was hazier last year, but this on is on the transparent side of the fresh hop spectrum and has fine bitterness not usually found in hazy IPAs. Perhaps the recipe changes every year. This one seems more to my taste.

I agree there is some confusion here, it doesn't really appear hazy, but they call it that. Some astringency in the finish but not overly acidic or the other usual slick and goopy characteristics of a NEIPA. Aromatic with melon and pine. Tastes of citrus with some mixed fruit. Quite interesting flavors and not very bitter, but it does have that back of the throat astringent edge, just not as bad as the usual hazy. Sharp and sudsy mouthfeel. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 09/18/23.

16oz can purchased at Huckleberry's, in Spokane, WA, for $4.50. Seems like this has been converted into a hazy, so much so that it states Fresh Hop Strata Hazy IPA on the can.
Poured into a n IPA glass, this was a murky orange color, with a big, sudsy, off-white head that was fairly long lived. Spectacular lace.
Fairly mango-like in the nose. The nose isn't terribly forceful at getting noticed.
The taste is much like the nose. There's a mango like tropical fruitiness up front, with some mild citrusy notes accompanying it. Finishes fairly soft.
Medium bodied, with a creamy, soft and slightly oily mouth feel.
I'm not sure this is the same beer or not. Untapped was no help, on account of the fact that people have been freely posting the hazy to the non-hazy entry, which is the exact same ABV. It's decent, but not mind blowing. Still, I'm enjoying drinking it after work.

16oz can served in a shaker pint. 09/19/22. Bought it at RidgeWood.
Pours clear light yellow with a small head and a ton of active carbonation. Smell is fresh hop goodness and pine, grapefruit and lemon mixed in.
Taste is a bit more muted than the aroma. More lemon/lemon zest, leans toward bitterness.
Mouthfeel is light, clean. Overall...it's a good WCIPA with a nice fresh hop aroma, but I'd like it to showcase more of that same character in the flavor, too.

16oz can served in a half pint shaker glass. Probably would rate it a bit lower than last time. Earthy, piney, bitter, not much to suggest brightness.

Pours a beautiful golden color with a sudsy white head that provides ample lacing. Gorgeous WCIPA. The nose has a bit of dank citrus and a nice dollop of berry aromas, which I love.
The taste has that dank citrus flavor up front, but that berry flavor, which hits my palate as strawberry, is DELICIOUS. I could pound multiples of this in an evening, because it hits all the WCIPA notes I love, including the dry mouthfeel that keeps pulling you in for another drink, and takes a different spin with the strawberry.
My first beer from these guys, I’m really looking forward to trying more of their stuff.

16oz can (dated 9/21/21) poured into 16oz knock-off perfect pint glass. Poured a clean, clear golden straw color with less than 1/2 inch of white head that low retention and lacing.
The aroma was lead by frooty hops with a soft, yet notable, grain base.
Same on the tongue, with the addition of a bit of a touch of bubble gum.
The body was light-medium, smooth, and had a dry finish.
Drinkability was good, I'd grab another of these.
Overall, a nicely solid FH brew. grab one if you see it.
