16 oz tall boy can purchased at Huckleberry's, in Spokane, WA. I think this might be my first packaged beer from Lucky Envelope.

This was a clear, golden amber color, with a big sudsy bone-white head that left lots of lace. Great looking beer!

Not surprisingly, Centennial hops dominate the aroma, although there's a bit of crackery maltiness to be sniffed as well.

Bitter piney and grapefruity hoppiness up front, with a crackery malt backbone. Finishes fairly cleanly despite the strong hop flavor.

Medium body, with a nice crisp and clean mouthfeel as befitting a pilsner.

Although a centennial hopped pilsner is definitely not traditional, this is really hitting the spot with me. I would happily drink several of these.

16oz can served in a snulip. Dated 09/19/22. Bought it last weekend at Ridgewood.

Pours a clear light golden with a fairly small head that settles into a thick dusting or a very thin skin, with a ring that climbs about a half centimeter up the side of the glass. Smell is mild, lemon and citrus.

Taste is bitter citrus zest and a little honeysuckle.

Mouthfeel is dry and resinous. Overall, it's a pretty good pilsner with a mild fresh hop punch.

Pours a nearly clear straw color with a substantial white head that laces the glass beautifully. There’s grass and a bit of bread on the nose, but it’s the lime aroma that intrigues me most.

The lime flavor really works well with the grassy flavor and the bit of bread. The mouthfeel is very crisp, brining you back for another sip before you’ve swallowed the previous one. A really good, flavorful, crushable pilsner.

16oz can (dated 9/21/21) poured into knock-off perfect pint glass. Poured a clean, clear light gold color with 1/2 inch of white head that had low retention and lacing.

The aroma had a solid grain base, topped with bright floral and grassy hops.

Very similar on the tongue, with the hops showing through more brightly.

The body was fairly typical for the style, smooth and crisp, with a dry finish.

Drinkability was good, an easy drinker for sure.

Overall, a solid and enjoyable worth. Grab one if you see it.
