Our light, crispy Fresh Hop Pilsner steeped with hours-old Oregon grown Lórien hops. Lórien hops were developed by Indie Hops as a cross between female Sterling and a German male hop. Lórien is known for its notes of wildflower, hay, lime zest, and a touch of cinnamon spice.

This is the 2025 edition. Clear pale golden brew with plenty of foam in the Orval chalice. Mild aroma of grass and a hint of lime. On the mildly acidic side but it goes well with the hint of sweetness and the fruity flavors. Some malty flavors but it's just so clean and crisp. Overall this is a tasty brew with restrained use of hops but lots of aromatics. sSo far it's my choice for best fresh hop brew of 2025. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Date stamp not legible.

16oz can served in a footed pilsner glass. Can is dated 09/29/24, I think. Bought it yesterday at Full Throttle Bottles.
Pours clear light yellow, smallish head, dense, lots of fine carbonation. Smell is tons of grass and flowers, honeysuckle out the wazoo. A little biscuit dough.
Taste is bright lemon and pine bitter, bright honeysuckle and floral sweetness. Grain is quite noticeable.
Mouthfeel is light, smooth, clean. Overall, very nice.
