Our latest lager, West Coast Crisp, is brewed with pilsner malt and a hop blend of Citra, Strata, and Mosaic. The result is a clean, refreshing balance of tropical fruits and earthy dankness. This West Coast Pilsner is a perfect choice when you’re craving a happy upgrade from a classic lager.

Poured from 16oz can into a glass mug.
Appearance: pale straw hue with a dash of haze and a thick finger of frothy eggshell foam atop.
Smell: moderately sweet with a good dose of dank-yet-fresh hops, with kind of a noble, cut-grass aroma and a light passionfruit aroma. I'm into it.
Taste: like the aroma, though perhaps a little more earthy and herbal. There's still a nicely balanced sweetness here, though, and that springtime fruitiness remains. A solid beer!
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess for the style.
Overall: I am digging this beer! I could see putting back a few of these on a warm spring day, for sure.
