A: Moderate roasted malts, dark chocolate like, coupled with a sharp acidic sourness and moderate acetone.
A: Jet black color, totally opaque with a thin off-white head.
T: Moderate roasted malt flavor of dark chocolate with a light tart berry character, followed by sharp acidic sourness that lingers through the finish.
M: Medium-full bodied with moderate carbonation. There is a moderately high acidity on the palette.
O: Ok; the beer has solid roasted malts and light tart berry character. However, the acidic sourness is overly sharp and there is some a noticeable acetone aroma and flavor.
