On nitro tap at Mammoth Brewing
A: Dense tan foam that slowly changes to a deep ruby brown with some dense tan head that leaves a little light lacing.
S: Milk chocolate, toffee, and roasty toasty kinda bready malt.
T: Soft roasty malt, milk chocolate, toffee, a bit earthy, and a little toasty bready malt. Reminds me of a really good chocolate chip muffin.
M: Medium body, mild carbonation, creamy smooth.
O: This beer works so well on nitro. Very enjoyable drinker.

A: Rich nutty and moderately toasty malty character, light citrusy hops in the background, coupled with a light oak aroma.
A: Deep brown color with ruby highlights, totally clear with a dense creamy white head that has great retention. There is light lacing in the glass.
T: Restrained nutty character with a light toasty malts with faint citrusy hops and finishes semi-dry.
M: Light bodied with moderate carbonation. Very smooth from the nitro, but also drinks quite thin.
O: Solid; the beer has a very fragrant nutty, toasty aroma. Solid barrel presence and very smooth, however the flavor is much more restrained and drinks a bit thin.
