Sampled this interesting concoction from Mammoth at the Booneville BeerFest. Not quite sure how to denote its style, so I'll go with Fruit Lambic until I've got it figured out.
Brown, touched with purple, foggy body bursting with fruity esters and sourness, bananas, oranges, tropical fruits. Even, soft medium-sized bubble head.
Taste is both sour and sweet, of freshly squeezed orange juice and tartly sweet tamarind sauce. Pretty yummy stuff. Spicy sweet lightly rough after. Feel is light and watery.
