On tap at Mammoth Brewing
A: Pours deep golden orange amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a thin layer and leaves a little spotty lacing.
S: Big time fruity, citrus, pine, slight herbal notes, lightly toasty bready malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Fruity, tropical, mango, papaya, a touch of berries, melon, resinous pine, slight herbal notes, citrus, grapefruit, orange, lemon, slightly toasty bready malt, caramel/toffee sweetness, and a hint of oak.
M: Medium to full body, moderate carbonation.
O: Oak was an interesting touch, but I guess it works. I'm not blown away with this one, but it's still solid.
