On tap at Mammoth Brewing Co
A: Pours golden amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and l leaves a little thin lacing.
S: Resinous pine, citrus zest, earthy, herbal, slightly toasty biscuity bready malt, and just a hint of caramel sweetness.
T: Piney, citrus zest, grapefruit, lemon, lime, and a hint of tangerine, herbal slightly earthy notes, faint apricot and passion fruit, lightly toasty biscuity malt, with a very dry finish.
M: Light body, moderate carbonation.
O: Wish it was just a touch sweeter so the citrus would pop, but it's a solid crusher in the sierra sun.
