from notes from my visit to the brewery. served from the tap. Brewer did not indicate if they were shooting for a particular sour style, so I am listing this as the generic "American Wild Ale".
appeared a clear yellow color, white head. nice mildly sour aroma, slightly fruity, maybe raspberries? taste is a great balance of just enough sourness and acidity, pale malt, wheat? to make for a quite refreshing drink. medium body and higher carbonation. overall very drinkable and approachable for a sour beer.
