500ml Bottle.
A superb appearance, golden / orange color with a large white foam from the pouring. It looks like an IPA.
On the nose, very hoppy, tropical fruits, lactic acid, lemon and cereals also.
To taste, an happy mixture of fruitiness and tartness. Lactic acid reminds us of a Berliner Weisse and the fruity side; an IPA. It is well dosed.
Somewhat dry, noticeable given the yeast. A beer that can be a lot of styles at the same time it's super good!

Hazy golden color with strong activity. Deep cloudy with the yeast drop. Thick foamy and creamy beige 3-4 finger head, lasting around 15 minutes, with average legs and a decent swirl reaction. Flavors of mangos, peach, grapefruits, wild berries, wheat, sweet grains, Wild yeast, and floral hops. Oily medium body with prickly and crispy carbonation. Strong strength finish, dry and quite sour, a notch too acidic. Notes of flowers and straw, but not much Saison like bardyard feel, very subtle. More fruity, slightly tropical, and sour like a Berliner Weisse from an almost candy like effect. I don't really enjoy what kind of tart sourness, even less when it ends without a proper malt/hops/barrel sensation, so it's a bit harsh on the throat. The sour queen like it so it passes that test. Lacks a little balance and still some complexity. The freshness is passable. The body is a bit thin and dull. Interesting cross between Saison and Berliner/Lambic. Overall good quality craft.

Bottle: Poured a bright amber color ale with a large white foamy head with some retention and light lacing notes. Aroma of funky tart notes with light lactic acid notes is enjoyable enough. Taste is a good mix of funky notes with light fruity ester with some light cereal notes and a tart finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable with good drinkability but not sure I am totally aligned with the yeast strain that give those funky notes to this beer.
