Beer brewed with a mix of yeast and bacterias from Bhoutan, best drank at room temperature.
Drank it really cold then I let the rest of the bottle sit on the table.
Hazy yellow straw colored body with a white head going away pretty fast to become non existent.
Nose of Lactobacillus, wheat, lemony
Quite interesting to see the difference with the temperature
Slightly sour, with a lot of cereal in the final and aftertaste. Taste like a Berliner Weiss with a more cereal forward side and less acidic.
The mouthfeel is really cool, medium cereal texture feels nice for a 3.5% beer.
Super interesting brew!

Buddhist type of brew recipe from Bhutan. Suggested to drink at room temp, waiting that the carbonation dissolves. Hazy dark straw/yellow color with low activity. Gets murky when poured all the way. Slightly foamy white 1 finger head, lasting around 2 minutes, with no legs and poor swirl reaction. Flavors of wheat, lemon, yogurt, flowers, wild yeast, with no hops. Slick medium body with crispy carbonation. Medium to strong strength finish, dry and tart citrusy feel. Okay freshness, quite acidic. Overall decent quality craft, those who like sours will enjoy it further, but it's worth a try for the historical interpretation.

Bottle: Poured a lightly hazy yellow color ale with a white foamy head with OK retention. Aroma of light tart notes with some plain yoghurt notes also noticeable. Taste is a mix of light cereal notes with some tart notes with some plain yoghurt notes with light bitter notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Interesting tart ale with some complexity notes while retaining some good drinkability.
