On tap at the brewery tasting room in Miramar area.
Clear golden yellow with just a wisp of foam in the snifter. Some sweet malty flavor with a touch of fruit. Toasted malt with some grainy notes. Tangy but not as dry as a lot of Saisons. Some pineapple and a touch of chestnuts.
Bubblegum hints with some cream of wheat. Not very yeasty and not really and bitterness. Brewer rates this at 18 IBUs.
