Intensely hoppy and very strong Imperial India Pale Ale that lacks harshness. Solid malt foundation with a hint of sweetness. The large quantity of hops adds intense hop bitterness, flavor and aroma without too much crystal malt flavor. Dry hopping with a blend of three unique hop strains adds a floral, citrus aroma.

Bought a 5 gallon keg, very fresh. It took a few days to settle, but once it did, it was a treat. This is a double IPA, I believe about an 8% abv., and it smells nice and hoppy. The flavor has a crisp fruitiness to it, not overpowering, but very smooth. One of the less bitter DIPA's I've had. I really have been impressed by some of the work Das Brew has done. They are small, and you can tell there is a personal touch to their beers.
