I had this beer on-tap in a pint glass at Collins Pub in Seattle.
Appearance: medium amber-brown hue with a light haze and a finger of creamy tan foam. A good-looking brown ale!
Smell: lightly malty with a nutty brown ale character. There's also a slightly grainy, slightly yeasty character that would seem more at-home in a lager to me. Not too bad.
Taste: nutty, malty and a little biscuity. Nothing mind-blowing, but a solidly built brown ale.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good level of carbonation and creaminess. I like it.
Overall: a decent brown ale. Nothing revolutionary here, just a traditional and well-crafted brown.
