A: The beer is very hazy and a bit pale yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that has excellent retention properties and hardly died down.
S: Moderate aromas of gooseberry, lime and lychee are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell but has stronger flavors of lychee and additional hints of stone fruit. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied and very juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This IPA is nice and juicy and has a nice mix of aromas and flavors from the hops. All traces of alcohol are well hidden from the taste.

This was yet another beer from Magnify that I traded for late last year and finally got to in my queue tonight. I've enjoyed the darker offerings from them as of late but this was just as good as those and easily one of their best IPA's that they've put out, and not just one of the best American Double / Imperial IPA's. The hops here meshed wonderfully together and this wasn't overly dank or strong, as the range of flavors here allowed for a nice ease of enjoyment!

Nice pour here as this was dank, melon-hued, and slick from start to finish. The head was sufficient but surprisingly, there was hardly any lacing on the side of my pint glass aside from a few leftover bubbles along the rim. A good amount of melon rind, yeast, and Mosaic hops were to be found in the nose as the lime, citrus juice, grapefruit, and Citra hops came out in the taste. A cracker-like malt, candied sweetness, and earthy dankness rounded out the wonderful mouthfeel as each sip slid right down as fast as I could savor it. A mild undertone of lemon-pepper and mineral water rounded this out as there was a lot going on here, which came as a bit of a surprise!

There was enough alcohol here to fit the style but it was hardly able to be tasted and could only be felt once I finished this off. Yes, IPA's are a dime a dozen but this beer was on the level of Head High in terms of those brewed in my home state. Quite possibly Magnify's best take on this style and an easy winner, as it pleased from start to finish. Everything worked well here and a beer like this is the reason why so many of these are brewed nationally. A must-try for those who call the Garden State home!

This is about 6 weeks old, so might not be at its prime, but I couldn't really notice. Nice aroma and slightly hazy golden color. Very drinkable at 8.5%. My only complaint is a little harshness in the aftertaste. Magnify is doing good things.

This beer is Maine Event but hopped like Contractual Obligation! Think about that for a minute!

Moderate pour yields a one inch head that dissipates down to a ring in a few minutes with lacing that hangs around for a bit longer. Nose of tropical fruit, citrus (grapefruit), and pine. Taste follows with a nice grapefruit bitterness. Overall, another nice job from these guys!

Pours hazy pale orange with maybe a half finger of white head that quickly disappears to absolutely nothing and leaves no lacing or visible carbonation at all. I love the aroma, it's a bit subdued but I get a lot of mango and lightly candied pineapple. Taste has a bit of mango upfront followed by a light, subtly sweet candied pineapple. Medium-ish in body with light-medium carbonation, given the flat look of the beer I was worried but mouthfeel is solid. This beer was a bit inconsistent and varied from quite good to excellent. Overall it was a bit shy of excellent and super enjoyable. I'd absolutely have this again.

Tall silver can with a sticker...no canning date info that I could find

Pours heavily clouded lemony amber, off white puffy cap lasts nicely and then just minor lace left lower on the glass.

Kinda oniony on the nose

Nice new style cloudy juicy DIPA...I get some onions, some tropical fruit, hoppy goodness...nice job here by a new brewery to me from New Joisy...well worth a try

Great aroma falls short on the taste. not terrible but I've been drinking a lot of stellar DIPA's and this one does not compare. Although the lemony, ctirus smell is great

L - pours an oddly bright, radiating, deep off-yellow. Lemony flat yellow haze. Morning sunshine.

S - immediate lemon that quickly crackers out into a down-turned bready dankness with hints of sticky orange sweetness.

T - lemon on the forefront with a distinctly raw, natural hoppiness. Like eating whole cone hops. I've noticed Magnify had very earthy, unprocessed flavors. Nothing sweet and sugary, they do a great job at pulling flavors from actual foods, not the processed juice, candy, and ice cream. Grapefruit and mosaic crackers. Piney resin. Finishes dry with lingering bitterness.

F - fluffy carb, but not overbearing. Adds a nice body to this beer that helps support the somewhat one-dimensional flavor.

O - better than Cold Side, Momentary Master ramps up the earthy, grassy, herbal citrus and packs in mosaic hops for a distinct and memorable flavor. I think the beer is too humble; surely it's the master for more than a mere moment!

Golden-yellow and hazy, smell is faint. Some lemon, dank fruits (mosaic hop smell). Bitter lemon, soft tropical fruit, pineapple, some bright citrus notes. Solid bitter backbone, but there is a watery quality that feels a little empty for a double IPA. Pretty high carbonation, fizzy and pillowy with a dry finish.
