Our second anniversary ale. We hit this Imperial IPA with loads of Citra in the whirlpool and double dry hopped it with Nelson Sauvin.

Poured from 16oz can into my 8th Wonder chalice. No date on can that I could see.
Appearance: murky pale yellow-orange hue with a thick head of frothy ivory foam atop.
Smell: earthy and herbal with a kind of dank passionfruit aroma that comes off as deep rather than light and sweet and fruity. Interesting. The more I experience it, the more I like it.
Taste: sweet malt with more of that piquant passionfruit and grapefruit flavor. There’s a bitterness here as well that I think comes from character more than just IBUs. It’s good, but the flavor profile doesn’t appeal to me as much as the aroma.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a pretty solid IPA, although for me, there’s a bitterness and roughness here that I don’t usually associate with an ideal NEIPA.

Fantastic new anniversary DIPA from Magnify. Pours standard cloudy orange. Has a nice citrus aroma. Taste is an explosion of Citra and Nelson hops. Amazing dual hop combo here. Mix of citrus and grape flavors, with just a hint of bitterness. My favorite type of New England IPA flavor. Would prefer this to be more of a 6-7%, but at 8.5 better than a 10%. Not too sweet. Soft, pillowy mouthfeel.

6/13/21...super thick and cloudy gold, almost like a jello. Nice white sticky foam head on top. Heavy citrus forward nose. A touch soapy. Sharp bitter to open. Heavy bite, jumps right through to the top of the mouth. Alarm bells ring. Softens over time but all bitter. Nice smack in the face IPA.

Magnify's 2nd anniversary beer and it fits. Magnify is known for their IPA game and this one is excellent. Juicy citrus goodness with loads of flavor while still uber drinkable. Well done

Traded out for this as I wasn't able to make the release, though this was one of the few beers from Magnify that I wanted to try. Sure, the label was nice and differed from their usual fare but that was true for the liquid on the inside as well. Incredibly smooth, this wasn't terribly dank or overdone and in the end, the smoothness of this beer won me over as it was reminiscent of honey and amber!
Nice pour to this as the beer was a hazy apricot with a sufficient but short-lasting head that faded away quicker than I would have liked. Not a lot of lacing left on the side of my pint glass as there was just a few scattered bubbles here and there. Plenty of mango, stone fruit, and Nelson hops in the nose but the dankness was just at the right amount since it wasn't overpowering. Fresh-cut grass, cantaloupe, and pine came through in the taste with more hops, as the aftertaste was where the dankness came through. A mild herbal minty aftertaste could be felt once the liquid went down and because the carbonation wasn't high, the flavors lingered for quite some time!
The alcohol was quite hidden here as I couldn't feel it throughout my session. Impressed with this beer since the edge that's present in so many similar beers wasn't anywhere to be found here. Not quite gold but easily worth seeking out - no doubt that this was one of Magnify's better offerings. Glad I have another can here!

Pours a hazy orange with a half finger of white head that rapidly dissipates. Aroma is full of nectarine, peach, and white grape. Taste hits the same notes as the aroma and adds smooth mango, cantaloupe, and a touch of pineapple. Finish has a bit of lactose-like sweetness in that it is somehow a bit dry. Medium-full body and moderate-high carbonation. Overall, this tastes great but takes a bit of a tiny hit on drinkability because of the fuller body.
