This over-the-top immensely satisfying Imperial Fruit Bomb is hopped endlessly with Mosaic, Topaz, Simcoe and Simcoe angel dust in the kettle. We then verbosely dry hopped this beer three times with mountainous amounts of the most tenaciously viscous hops we could get our hands on. We used the finest crop of Mosaic, Ella, Simcoe and that good old Simcoe angle dust in these immense and ludicrous dry hops. The result is a beer dripping with notes of candied fruit, endangered rainforests and unicorn breathe. This beer is so insane you’ll need a thesaurus.

Hazy mustard yellow color with a tight, fluffy head of 1 finger. Leaves lots of lace on the glass.
Aroma of freshly juiced orange, peaches, sweaty nectarine, grapefruit rind, herb, socks,
Flavor starts with a rush of bitter herbs and white pine, followed by rich white peach, grapefruit, tangerine, pepper, and more bitter white pine/herb.
Feel is hugely carbonated, with lots of resiny starches in mid-palate and finish.
Overall, a bit bitter for my palate, but still pretty juicy and delicious. Not bad. Tastes good with a salad after this initial review on a clean palate.

I had this on draught at the brewery. It pours a nearly opaque, golden-straw color with a foamy, milk-white head and a thin sheen of lacing that lasted through the pour. It has a pleasant smell of lemon peel, tangerine, onion, and subdued floral hops. The taste is varied and bold: it opens with sweet melon and tart lemon and grapefruit, onion, dry grass, and a hint of cracker malt. It's nicely dank. The Mosaic and Simcoe hops provide a bitter, biting finish. The flavors blend really well. This ale features lively carbonation, with a slight yeast burn at the finish, and it's potent with an ABV of 8.5% Overall, Magnify did a nice job with this offering: lots of bold flavors that work well together, and a terrific mouth feel.
