Pours a golden straw color, fairly hazy, with a nice white foam that recedes to a lingering ring around the glass. Aroma is citrus with a dank undertone, and a unique white wine aroma mixed in. Very flavorful, loads of citrus: pineapple, lemon, some mango. Nice amount of dankness in there to balance it out. Good amount of sweetness that converts to a dry, short finish. Carbonation adds to a creamy mouthfeel. Overall this is an enjoyable IPA.

Got in a BIF from MacMalt. 16 ounce can into tulip glass; no can dating, but is a recent release. Pours opaquely hazy golden orange/amber color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big lemon, lime, tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pear, white grape/wine, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, berry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, white bread, light honey, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great complexity and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of huge lemon, lime, tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pear, white grape/wine, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, berry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, white bread, light honey, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Very minimal pine, zesty, herbal, grassy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, lime, tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pear, white grape/wine, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, berry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, white bread, light honey, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; with a nice malt/bitterness balance, and zero cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Slightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready/grainy, and slightly sticky mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol for 7%. Overall this is a fantastic NEIPA! All around outstanding complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and refreshing to drink, with the minimally bitter/drying finish. Insanely soft mouthfeel, perfect for the style. Extremely juicy, vibrant, and lightly dank hop complexity; perfectly balanced bready malt backing, not overly sweet. A highly enjoyable offering, and spot on style example. Loved the hop profile as expected.

S-melons, citrus, sweet tropical notes

T-Being a fan of the New Zealand hops this beer is in my wheelhouse.........similar to the notes.....sweet tropical notes, melons, some lemon zest........finish is slightly bitter with rind and pine

F-Medium, soft, creamy, some tingly carbonation

O-great brew that suits my personal tastes rather well

Reviewed three days after can release. Poured into Magnify tulip glass. It pours a cloudy, golden tangerine color with a huge, fluffy bright white head and lots of soapy lacing. The nose is rather subdued with tangerine, honeydew, and the unique smell of Motueka hops. The taste is complex: tart grapefruit and lemon, sweet tangerine and melon, vanilla, pine needles, and a flavorful blend of Motueka and Nelson Sauvin hops that bites hard at the finish leaving a decidedly bitter after taste. This ale is creamy and plush with pleasant carbonation, and although the ABV is only 7% you can feel it. Overall, this is another really good IPA from Magnify with lots of flavor and a pleasing mouth feel.
