Lost in a Maze is a 6% IPA. Sometimes we get lost but there’s always a way out. We dry hopped this beer with Huell Melon, Hallertau Blanc, Crystal and Eureka!

I had this on draught at the brewery. It pours a semi opaque pale gold color with one finger of milk white head with good retention and a lot of lacing clinging to the glass. The smell is subdued - mostly sour with white wine and light melon notes. It has an interesting flavor of white wine, cracker, and bitter lemon with lots of sourness. As the glass warms, I'm tasting some honeydew melon and berry. It has a largely bitter hop profile of Huell Melon, Hellertau Blanc, Crystal, and Eureka. There's a significant amount of pepper at the finish. This ale is crisp and light with lively carbonation, and it's an easy drinker at 6% ABV. Overall, Lost in Maze is very dry and bitter with an interesting hop profile. It's a nice beer alternative to white wine and would pair nicely with strong cheese at a warm weather, outdoor event.
