Infinite Verbiage is a Triple IPA based off of Grandiose Verbiage Imperial IPA. This insanely wordy 10% TIPA is brewed with our haziest of yeast strains and heaps of oats. We dry hopped this mouthful of a TIPA with so much Mosaic, Ella, Simcoe, Galaxy and Citra lupulin powder it should be punishable by law. The good news is that the result is a creation of some of the most tremendously juice-forward liquid we have created to date. This nectar is packed with notes of orange, pineapple and elf tears. We could go on for days but our hands are getting tired from all this typing.

On tap. Hazy golden color. Aroma has vanilla, cookies and sweet fruity hops. Taste is sweet and fruity witha light bitterness on the finish. Medium body with medium minus carbonation.

Reviewed on release day. Poured from 16 oz. can into Magnify tulip glass. It looks like a NE, pouring a turbid brownish orange color with a huge, fluffy, milk-white head and lots of thick lacing. Considering all the hops in this brew the nose is rather subdued but I'm smelling lots of oats and whiffs of tart citrus and melon. The oats are evident in the first sip; it's sweet and very creamy and smooth. The fruit flavor is complex: at first it's mostly lemon and grapefruit but as the glass warms the melon makes a welcome appearance. The complex blend of Mosaic, Ella, Simcoe, Galaxy, and Citra hops is flavorful but not very bitter. You can also really taste the alcohol at the finish. It's rather dry but smooth and without any yeast burn. This is about a viscous and creamy an IPA as you'll find, with moderate carbonation. You can both taste - and feel - the 10% ABV. You'll want to sip this pup. Overall, while there's a lot to like about Infinite Verbiage, the oats overshadow the fruit a bit. But it's still an excellent TIPA; one best suited for drinking at home in the comfort (and safety) of a favorite chair.
