High Pressure is an 8% DDH Imperial IPA. We double dry hopped with beer with Vic Secret, Hallertau Blanc, Motueka and High Oil Cascades. This beer is dedicated to our boiler professional Dean, who has saved the day for us so many times and makes sure our boiler is always running at High Pressure.

Reviewed one week after can release. Poured into Spiegelau IPA glass. It pours a murky, golden-straw color with a full finger of foamy, bright white head, soapy, long-lasting lacing. The fragrant aroma features lemon, orange, pineapple, honeydew melon, light pine, and subtle hops. The taste of pine and a striking blend of Vic Secret, Hallertau Blanc, and Motueka hops dominates while the fruit provides just a hint of sweetness. While the hops dominate, they are plush and offer no bite. The finish is only mildly bitter. This ale has a superior mouthfeel: soft and creamy with pleasant carbonation. The 8% ABV is dangerous because it's so easy to drink. It's really hard not to have a second pour. Overall, High Pressure is stellar: Magnify pumps out a lot of NEIPAs but this is one of the best!
