Drank from the can. Great dank IPA, especially for 6 weeks old.

Reviewed two days after can release. Poured into Magnify tulip glass. It pours an opaque, pale yellow-straw color with well over a finger of long-lasting, fluffy, bright white head and copious lacing. The nose is subdued with mostly lemon peel, a whiff of grapefruit, and a touch of oats. This is a bitter brew with a strong mix of Galaxy, Vic Secret, and Simcoe hops that bites hard. There is also a dose of tart citrus up front and a pleasantly sweet hint of oats at the finish. There is also a noticeable yeast burn at the finish. Hopefully, it will dissipate as the ale settles in the can. It features lively carbonation and because of the burn it drinks above its 7% ABV. Overall, Shhh strikes me as unfinished business. It seems like it needs some time in the can to mellow. I may adjust my review accordingly.
