Excellent brew, pours golden n slightly hazy. Juicy n smooth, easy to drink. Subtle hop hit, very nice coating mouthfeel. Soft and go's down well, could crush quite a few of these. Well done

Pours a cloudy medium straw color with big billowy white head. Nice citrus hop aroma. Really great hop flavor - lots of citrus: lemon, grapefruit rind, orange. Perfect amount of bitterness on the finish. Appropriate carbonation. Overall a really nice DIPA. Still very flavorful for a 2 month old beer.

8/2/18...pours thick golden black with thin ring of white foam. Sweet honey pine bitter nose. Taste is smooth, back end honey sweetness. Waxy bitter mouthfeel. Real good.

Canned 7/24/2018. Poured into Magnify tulip glass. It pours an opaque, bright tangerine color with a large, fluffy, snow white head and lots of soapy lacing. Its nose features lemon, lime, onion, a whiff of caramel, and fragrant floral hops. Its taste is nicely balanced with lots of tart citrus, including lemon, lime, and grapefruit, along with a touch of lactose, and a flavorful blend of Amarillo, Mosaic Cryo/Lupulin Powder, Motueka, and Idaho 7 hops that's bitter but without a strong bite. There's pepper and a bit of a yeast burn at the finish but it's not distracting. The flavors blend very well. It features a pleasing, creamy mouth feel with moderate carbonation, and you can feel the 9% ABV. Overall, 5 Mic Potential is a first rate DIPA brewed by two of the finest brewers in the metro area.
