Heavy Dreemz is a new 6.6% sour IPA. This tart IPA was brewed with lactose for mouthfeel and sweetness and conditioned on tons of mango. We hopped this beer entirely with Nelson Sauvin for even more notes of mango. In brewing this beer we tried out a new process for our fruited IPAs that resulted in a smoother and sweeter fruit character than we’ve been able to achieve before. Dare we say this is our best Sour IPA yet?
