There in Spirit is a new DDH Imperial IPA. Mosaic, Amarillo and Grüngeist. Grüngeist is a new hop variety gaining a bit of traction so we decided to try it out. Known for notes of peach and passion fruit, we paired it with a couple classic American hops that also lend tropical fruit notes.
