A Deep Understanding of Fluffiness is a 10% Imperial IPA brewed with a base of fluffy oats and lactose. As a scaled up version of Master of Clouds, we hopped this beer with the same hop combo of Citra cryo, Idaho 7 and Lemondrop.

A - Opaque medium orange gold with thick white lacing that sticks to the sides of the glass.
S - Spicy citrus rind, a little peppery, apricot, peach, and some citrus.
T - Spicy citrus, peppery, peach, apricot, red grapefruit and ends very balanced with a a nod towards a slightly sweeter finish than bitter. Nice lingering peppery citrus.
M - Thick, chewy, and a juicy wet finish. Covers the mouth with a thick coating of spicy citrus.
O - This is a fantastic Imperial IPA.
