Lap of Luxery is an the first beer in a new series of Triple IPAs with lactose. This series is an extension of our luxurious Triple IPA series. We took the same base recipe to our Luxurious Triple IPA series and added lactose for sweetness and increased mouthfeel. This beer is hopped extensively with Mosaic, Galaxy and El Dorado.

L - "Lap of Luxury is the first beer in a new series of Triple IPAs with lactose." Pours a glowing evening sunset. It's hazy, but not crazy hazy. A finger of head with layers of legs and lacing.

S - potent aromatics. Oniony and resiny with strawberry seed tartness. Doughy and bready with a hint of kiwi freeze pop.

T - warming sweetness. Melon rind, tangy oat, and massive amounts of herbal bitterness. A little hot, a little acidic, a bit pithy, a bit rindy. The lactose brings out the tartness of various berries, namely strawberry, raspberry, and cranberry. Black pepper and dry hop saturation. Finishes with a hint of booze and whole lotta laser-focused hop oils melting holes in my mouth.

F - has a nice silkiness about it and isn't too heavy. Bit of fluff along with an oily slickness.

O - hot and boozey. This one holds nothing back with its bitterness. The lactose isn't as prominent as I thought it would be since it's not as sweet and milkshakey as expected. Might need a few more days in the can, but I think this is how it's supposed to be. Big and bold.
