6/5/19....pours hazy thick dirty gold with solid 1/4 inch of white foam. Like a lid that doesn't move. Mostly earthy - slight pine and citrus nose. Harsh bitter and juiced rind flavor. Creamy mouthfeel (from the lactose) balances and holds with a really powerful bitter close. Goes down swinging.
