Can to snifter.
LOOK: Slightly hazy yellow, deep yellow color, medium frothy off white head.

AROMA: citrus and grassy aromas. Tropical notes sweeten the pot.

TASTE: some grass and citrus as with the aroma. Soapy, veggie finish.

OA: The Aroma is very nice. something not quite right, but still the bones of a good beer are there. I like Simcoe, but maybe its better in combination with something stronger.
