Endless Possibilities is a 7% IPA. This IPA is hopped with Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo and conditioned on mountains of guava purée. No vanilla, no lactose, just a pure juice bomb with hops and fruit. Super tropical and a manageable ABV.

12/1/19....pours purple based crimson red, dark and murky, light foam remains after pours. Cherry fruit nose, hints of peach and cranberry. Pulpy bitter forward flavor. Chewy. Quite bitter, rind grapefruit flavors kick out. Really well made.

A: Thick pomegranate haze, no head
S: Grapefruit, grape, musty/funk, guava
T: Guava, pineapple, sour
M: Dry, sour, like a half way decent cider
O: Its like a sour but the smell and tase of hops is strong, there is a lot of hops in this bad boi. It's a little funky in a good way as well

Pours a dark yellow//orange color, minimal foam head. Lots is guava on the nose. Flavor is mainly guava, a bit on the dank side. Fruit presents as rtngy with very slight tartness. carbonation is appropriate. Overall a very nice guava ipa.

Reviewed one week after release. 14 oz. glass on draught at the brewery. It pours an opaque, dirty orange color with a bright white, half finger cap and thick, soapy lacing. A good looking draught pour. The nose is really fruity, guava-forward with some lite floral hops in the background. As advertised, the guava is front and center. There are also notes of lemon and grapefruit. It's super fruity and tangy. The straight up bill of Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo hops adds to the fruitiness but with little bitterness. It goes down so easily! There is no astringency or hop burn. It's moderately carbonated and at 7% ABV the glass disappears quickly. Overall, this is delightful drinking. It's highly fruity and surprisingly lite. Anyone who likes guava should seek out Endless Possibilities. Too bad it doesn't distro widely. I suspect that we'll see this ale again either with the same recipe or perhaps an Imperial version.
