Canned on 2/25/2020. Poured into a Magnify tulip glass. It pours a honey-orange color with a creamy, bright white cap and lots of sudsy lacing. On the nose there is lemon and fresh pine needles. It almost has a mint scent which I assume comes from the Crystal hops. I had tried this on draught but it tastes much better from the can. It opens with grapefruit and lemon combined with a substantial malt/oaty sweetness. It's grassy and rich with hints of pineapple and white wine. And there is still a subtle note of mint. At the finish there is some subtle pepper and spice. The flavors are somewhat delicate and blend very well. The taste has really grown on me. For 7% it boasts a viscous, creamy mouth feel with moderate carbonation. And there's no distraction from the alcohol. I have say I'm much more impressed from the can than from the tap; this is a very fine American IPA.
