This time around we absolutely bombed it out with raspberry, strawberry, blackberry, guava and boysenberry.

Pours a cloudy magenta with a half finger of pink bubbles. Nose is very much straw/razz/blackberry. Taste follows suit. Not hardly tart in the least but moreso sweet berry purée. Feel is full but not overbearing. Good carbonation bite towards the end. Overall, excellent, 4/5.

On draught at the brewery. It pours a turbid, beautiful magenta-plum color with fluffy, like-colored lacing. It resembles a smoothie. On the nose there is fresh berries and sea salt. It's slightly sour. This may be the fruitiest beer I've ever drank. There is fruit galore: I can taste blackberry, boysenberry, and raspberry. The guava is a bit lost in the red fruit. I really like the use of salt. Many Goses are too salty for my taste. In this brew the salt is subtle but enough to add balance to the sweetness of the fruit puree. It's delicious! The mouth feel is luxuriously rich, thick, and chewy; it's almost like drinking fresh preserves. The carbonation level is lite to moderate and with an ABV of 4.5% it's super drinkable. Overall, this variant of Trade Proof is absolutely fantastic. It's delicious and easily drinkable. While I'm not a big fan of Gose generally, I love this one. It would be amazing on a hot summer day and would pair nicely with vanilla ice cream.
