Bourbon Barrel Aged Coconut Cake Born Day 2020 is the second variant of our 5th Anniversary Imperial Stout. We took our birthday cake Imperial Stout brewed with hundreds of pounds of cake batter and aged it in freshly dumped bourbon barrels for 1 year. We then conditioned it on hundreds of pounds of coconut and vanilla.
