Keep on Keeping On is an 8% Imperial IPA double dry hopped with Mosaic, Sabro and Cashmere. We used a different fermentation profile to decrease bitterness and increase juiciness.

1/2/2021....dirty gold with fluffy sticky white foam. Fruit forward nose, some resins. Bitter bomb, high astringency. Oily. Slick mouthfeel. Long lasting slipper bitter and sharp. Takes some getting used to.

Got this in the can from the brewery.
A: pours a straw yellow body with thick white head with excellent retention and lacing.
S: juicy, tangy tangerine smell with some floral, earthy notes
T: juicy, citrus notes with some subtle, earthy notes; sweet, lemongrass notes were there in the back of the palette.
M: medium bodied and pretty smooth.
O: pretty solid, well balanced beer; great raring beer overall.

L-Golden.....murky.....1 fingered head.....thick lacing
S-Ripe melons....sweet malts.....not much aroma that I can detect
T-Melon, jolly rancher.......sweet malts
