S'mores Mind Over Matter is the next iteration of our 8% double chocolate milk stout series. We set out to give this beer as much flavor as our higher ABV stouts but in a lower ABV format. S’mores Mind Over Matter is brewed with lactose and conditioned on cocoa nibs, graham crackers and marshmallows.

A Tavour Treat. Pours a dark brown color with a minimal head that lasts quite a while. Aroma of caramel and chocolate. Taste is a rich chocolate with sweet vanilla. Smooth and creamy

A: The beer is jet black in color. It poured with a thin collar of tan bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of lactose are present in the nose along with notes of chocolate.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of milk chocolate along with bits of sweetness from the cocoa nibs and marshmallows.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied and smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This milk stout was nice and chocolatey. It was very easy to drink.
