Brewed w/ lactose for some sweetness, creaminess and body, then hopped w/ Galaxy and Simcoe before being conditioned on fluffy cotton candy.

L-Light straw color.....1 finger head that settles to a whitecap around the rim.....moderate lacing.....murky
S-A biff whiff of sugary lactose........nilla wafers......whip cream......vanilla ice cream
T-Similar to the nose with some hop bite.....vanilla, caramel, whip cream......some slight bitterness in the finish....maybe citrus rind......
F- medium body.....starts smooth but has some prickelilness about mid way through.....doesn't feel like it taste
O- definitely different.....,was curious to try this......a bit of a novelty....one at a time is about as much as I could drink
