Oak conditioned German Style Pilsner. This Pils was brewed with wheat, hopped with Tettnanger, Saaz and Hersbrucker and cold lagered in oak barrels for over 2 months.

2/20/21...pale yellow gold, foamy white lid. Fluffy top. Heavy lemon citrus nose. Fragrant. Pils flavored bitter amongst the citrus. Smooth, long finish. Slow bitter burn. Sold.
