This Triple IPA is 100% dry hopped for next to no bitterness and 3x dry hopped with Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Simcoe Cryo and Amarillo. We also used our “enhanced by science” treatment that we explored about a month ago with our Power of Science. This treatment basically adds steroids for hops that enhance the tropical aroma and flavor from the hops.

14 oz. pour on draught at the brewery. Served in a stemless glass. It pours a dense, muddy orange color with a robust, fluffy, bright white cap and thick swirls of lacing. Very attractive pour. The nose is mostly citrus - lots of lemon and grapefruit. The taste is outstanding! There are notes of peach, ripe melon, orange, and a hint of red berry, along with tart citrus and grapefruit. The Mosaic is the star but the Amarillo is significant. There is little overt bitterness (zero IBU) but a hint of astringency at the finish. The mouth feel is plush and creamy with moderate carbonation. The 10% ABV adds warmth but it's surprisingly drinkable for the high gravity. Overall, Triple Cold Side is a fruit bomb and a very enjoyable brew.

Decently hazy yellow with two fingers of white foam and light lacing. Floral yet sneaky dank hops deliver citrus notes in the nose. Taste is dynamic with the hop movement on the palate: get dank, floral, and resin elements with huge lemon juice, grapefruit pith, lime peel and pineapple. Feel is super bright and crushable, hides abv well, creamy without the weight or pillowy softness. A perfect dipa for late spring. Nice debut

Pours hazy yellow with a medium white head. Aroma is mild citrus and hop floral. Taste follows with citrus and hop floral notes. Feel is good for a 10%, good mouthfeel. Overall a perhaps to easy to drink 10% IPA.

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy pour, colored of dried mustard, one finger foamy head. Dank notes hit the nostrils first, light fruity notes. Taste explodes on the tongue with a dank, bitter combo, pretty much all there is. Thick, full, creamy. A moderate burn at the finish. A welcome brew after a long day.
