Man, this is a new beer but I hope they keep making it. Not enough red IPAs out there these days. Pours a pretty orange, almost red color. Old school, piney resin aroma. Slightly sweet, slightly bitter taste. Seems like chinook isn’t prominent, Nelson in the background. Very delicious IPA and at 6.6% lighter than most these days.

Reviewed less than a week after can release. Poured into a snulip glass. It pours a slightly hazy, lovely red color - between ruby and iced tea and it boasts a foamy, light khaki cap and lots of elegant, soapy lacing. For a draught pour it's very attractive. Its fragrant nose offers caramel malt, lemon, grapefruit, pine needles, and floral hops. The taste opens with a blast of bitterness from the Chinook, along with dry, rye bread malt, tart citrus, and resinous pine. The Amarillo really comes through. As it warms in the glass, the caramel sweetness emerges and balances the dry bitterness. What makes the taste intriguing is the use of Nelson Sauvin hops which add their characteristic white wine grape. It finishes with distinct spiciness. It's suprisingly complex. The mouth feel is crisp and lite with fairly lively carbonation and it's extremely drinkable at 6.6% ABV. Overall, Stay in Your Lane is an excellent Red IPA. The Nelson hops add a unique facet to the flavor and it's a crushable ale. An excellent recipe, well executed by Magnify.
