Canned on 8/2/2022; reviewed 11 days later. Poured from 16 oz. can into a snulip glass. It pours a hazy, muddy orange color with almost two fingers of fluffy, bright white head and extensive, soapy lacing. On the nose there is lots of bitter lemon and grapefruit with hints of resinous pine and floral hops. The taste is intensely bitter. The Simcoe, Amarillo, and Centennial hops provide a quintessential West Coast taste of lemon peel, grapefruit rind, resinous pine needles, and dry crackery malt. As it warms in the glass the firm malt backbone provides additional sweetness but it never overcomes the intense bitterness. The mouth feel is thick adnd creamy with appropriate carbonation, and it drinks well below its 10% ABV. If there's such a thing as a lite TIPA, this is it. Overall, Trust No One is a classic big West Coast IPA with lots of citrus and intense bitterness. A great job by Magnify.
