Bourbon barrel aged Imperial stout with Chai and Marshmallow. 12% ABV Aged over a year.
L: dark brown almost black and opaque. Light tan head that fades quickly.
S: Sweet marshmallow and malt, just a touch of spice
T: Sweet upfront, with malt in the middle and spice on to he back side. Clear alcohol but not overpowering. Complex
F: Lighter than expected and a little touch of oil
O: A very nice dessert stout
