Appearance: Looks like a cup of cerulean blue paint with a finger of cornflour blue foam perched above; good head retention and webs of lacing; weird, though
Smell: Blue raspberry sherbet with vanilla and coconut
Taste: Blue raspberry sherbet with vanilla and coconut, just like it smells; sweet, up front, with a tart element developing after the swallow
Mouthfeel: Creamy with moderate carbonation
Overall: If you like piña coladas you will likely enjoy this one more than gettin' caught in the rain

when i saw this beer on Tavour i thought what is this - i read the description and knew i had to try it. pours hazy blue with ice-cream smell - rich sweet taste vanilla raspberry - shared with some friends we all thought it was great

Blue Milk is next on the review table. Served at 42 degrees in a tulip glass. The pour created a frothy, airy electric blue one-fingered head with above-average retention. I don't know what to think about this electric blue beer; is it a slushy from the gas station. There is no clarity, and lots of fruit bits are visible. The head had excellent retention, and since it is a kettle sour, the appearance is above average.
Nosing the glass, I smell coconut, Jolly Rancher blue raspberries, vanilla, faint toasted malts, and cream. The Jolly Rancher aroma is cloying sweet, and chemical, making it difficult to coax any other scents.
I taste chemical blue raspberry flavors, sugar, vanilla, cream, light crackers, phenolic, coconut, and pharmaceuticals.
The mouthfeel is thin yet coated and slightly astringent, finishing dry. The body is medium and has medium carbonation.
Wow, after the mind fuck, I discovered this beer is not good. Love the gimmick behind the beer. However, I would be humbled if the brewers could have pulled off a fantastic kettle sour. An intriguing combination of flavors, yet no balance. Overall a gimmick and any Stars Wars should try it once.

T: very sweet, blue raspberry taste (like blue gatorade) and subtle, sweet coconut and strong sweet vanilla notes. The sweetness of the coconut and heavy vanilla pretty much blocks out any sour notes. If anything, it is slightly tart due to the raspberry notes, but not much.
M: thick, velevety, and fluffy on the tongue; smooth.

Looks absolutely ridiculous but I love it. Literally like Blue milk. Gushes a bit out of the can.
