Imperial Stout brewed in collaboration with Equilibrium. This stout was aged in bourbon barrels for 15 months and conditioned on wild Thai banana, Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal, Reeseās and Butterfingers candy. This beer is like liquid peanut butter candy.

10 oz. pour on draught at the brewery. It pours a very dark walnut - nearly black, with virtually no head or lacing. There is clearly bourbon on the nose along with roasted malt, peanuts, milk sugar, chocolate, and just a whiff of earthy char. The taste is something else: Milk chocolate, freshly-roasted peanuts, vanilla, and subtle but noticeable banana. The bourbon presence is surprisingly subtle for 15 months of conditioning. It's very sweet with virtually no hop bitterness. The mouth feel is astounding! It's incredibly viscous and oily with low carbonation, and the 13% ABV is barely noticeable. Overall, this is a superb American Imperial Stout. It's really a dessert sipper and could easily be served with vanilla ice cream.
