Brewed in collaboration with our new neighbors in Medford Farm Truck Brewing. Triple IPA brewed with lactose and a mountain of fluffy marshmallows. We triple dry hopped it with Motueka, El Dorado and Citra and Mosaic Cryo.

On draught at the brewery. Served in a stemless glass. It pours an opaque, bright tangerine color with a half finger of creamy, bright white head and lots of thick, elegant lacing. Served cold on draught the smell is subdued; mostly lemon, lime, and earthy notes. The taste opens with sharp, fairly bitter lemon, lime, and grapefruit, over an earthy malt base. I'm not tasting sweet, tropical notes and the Motueka hops are barely noticeable. But the flavors are clean and it drinks very easily. It's hard to believe that this is an 8.3% ABV brew. It's surprisingly lite for the gravity. Overall, Hi-Di-Ho is a very nice DIPA. If it were 6.3 it would be crushable.
