This 100% dry hopped/Zero IBU Imperial IPA is hopped pre and post fermentation with Citra and Nelson. We then added Nelson Hop Kief to kick it up another notch.

On draught at the brewery. Served in a stemless glass. It's lovely pour: a dense, pastel yellow-orange with a thick, creamy egg-white cap and thick, clinging lacing. The nose is largely soft Nelson hops with notes of lemon and grapefruit. The taste follows. For its gravity this is a mellow IPA with citrus and white wine. Due to the brewing (Zero IBU) it is very clean. For 8.5% ABV this ale is incredibly easy to drink. It goes down so easily. Overall, there is something unworldly about this ale - in a good way. It's flavorful and the Nelson hops are handled with a soft touch. It gives the hop a great first impression. The high gravity - zero IBU approach yields a super approachable DIPA that is dangerously drinkable.
